Half Rail "A" Series The Half Rail Series has been designed to meet today's resident care and requirements. The Half Rail does not restrict or confine the resident. When elevated, the Half Rail provides the resident with a conveniently positioned, stable, handhold to provide assistance when entering or exiting the bed, sitting up, or repositioning the body, while at the same time providing a reminder that he or she is at the edge of the mattress. The Half Rail is attached to the frame so that it is always conveniently accessible.

Half Rail "B" Series This half rail is similar to the half rail "A" series but smaller and better suited for home use. It also is coated with a light taupe brown coating that makes it easier for the resident to grip.
